An Introduction
Rev. A Reilly Paige is a minister in the United Church of Christ. They have been ordained since 2013, having served in churches in both New York and Connecticut. Reilly is a queer Millennial who loves church and wants clergy and congregations to feel supported in every stage of their ministry.
Reilly is passionate about empowering others to create spaces and places where all of God’s children feel welcome to grow and worship as their full selves. Reilly does this by training clergy in ethical boundaries, encouraging healthy lay leadership and board dynamics, and providing space for team building and development. From many years in youth ministry and summer camp settings, Reilly knows how to bring play, humor, and levity to all their presentations.
Reilly is a captivating speaker and preacher. They can give a sermon as part of regular Sunday morning worship or denominational gathering. They are comfortable with all ages and group sizes.
As a professional coach, Reilly enjoys relationships of deep listening. A coach’s job is to reflect with their client, ask questions, and gently guide the client to discover insights about themselves. Many find professional coaching to be a creative way to get ‘unstuck’ creatively and professionally.
In their personal life, Reilly is adventurous and curious. They love books, fiction mostly, and to build and create. Traveling, baking, crafting, ceramics, knife-making, landscaping, sewing-they’ve never met a hobby they didn’t want to try. . Reilly is married to Rachel and together they life with their two doodles: Henry and Winnie.
